Thank you for your interest in adopting a retired Green Dog.

Every Green Dog has its own personality, energy level, strengths, and individual needs. Some dogs thrive in an active outdoor lifestyle, while others are happiest in a quieter environment with plenty of companionship.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us learn more about you, your lifestyle, and your expectations. This allows us to find the best possible match between you and one of our retired dogs.

Our goal is not simply to find a home for our dogs, but to create a lasting friendship between the right dog and the right family.

Please answer the questions as honestly as possible. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers. The more we know about you, the better we can help you find your future best friend.

Suitable for everyone

Suitable for most people

SG3

Suitable for those in normal good shape

SG4

Suitable for those in good shape

SG5

This activity requires very good physical shape

Cancellation

  • If cancelled 22 days or more prior to departure 100 % refund.
  • If cancelled 22-7 days prior to departure 50 % refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure is a ”no show” and does not qualify for any refund.
  • You may apply to your insurance company for a refund if you provide a medical certificate.
  • If Green Dog Svalbard decides to cancel a trip due to weather conditions or any other reasons, you will receive a full refund!
